The restaurant holds up to 150 guests and specializes in Contemporary American Chophouse cuisine. Anthony Jacquet, Executive Chef of Caruso Dining Group, is a unique and exceptional talent in the Los Angeles culinary landscape. As he helms The Whisper Restaurant and Lounge at The Grove, Chef Jacquet delivers an inspired and inventive approach that incorporates a farm-to-table philosophy blended with creativity in his modern American cuisine. Jacquet has been featured in prestigious publications including Bon Appétit and Los Angeles Magazine, and is the recipient of numerous awards, including Plate Magazine’s Best Australian Lamb Burger in 2010 and the gold medal winner of the Chefs on the Rise competition. Prior to his current position with Caruso Dining Group, Chef Jacquet held roles in array of other notable restaurants up and down the California coast including La Cachette in Santa Monica, Basque Restaurant in San Francisco, and the globally recognized dining room at the Getty Museum. Anthony graduated from the prestigious California Culinary Academy in San Francisco and finds inspiration from an array of notable chefs including Thomas Keller, Suzanne Goin, and Ken Oringer. In addition to his professional expertise, Jacquet has been an active member in his community, utilizing his culinary skills to aid St. Joe's Culinary School and St. Nicholas Church’s Greek Festival.
