Mitchell Lamb, Executive Chef of two very successful restaurants in the greater Toronto area, is surprisingly young and humble for someone so accomplished and talented. Classically trained and Canadian Red Seal Certified, Chef Mitch possesses all of the idealistic views of today’s modern chef and certainly does not lack in experience. For the last 13 years, Chef Mitch has honed his skills in Mediterranean cuisine at his Lake House and Stone House Restaurants. Nearly 5000 guests dine at Mitchell’s restaurants weekly earning him a very respectable reputation and following. Chef Mitchell’s most recent achievements include joining Open Table’s list of “Top 10 Steak Houses” in South-western Ontario and being named two-time “People’s Choice” winner at the Taste of Burlington Media Launch. In his spare time Chef Mitch teaches cooking classes with the LCBO cooking school. As equally as he hungers for every opportunity to learn and develop his skills, Chef Mitch prides himself in sharing his knowledge with students and his team of young apprentices. His commitment to quality and passion for food is what makes us anxious to see what this young chef has in store for us next!
