The restaurant holds up to 100 guests and specializes in Asian cuisine. With over 20 years of experience, Rodelio wows us with a signature dish "Singapore Chicken Rice ".

Born in the Philippines and raised in Hawaii, Rodelio Aglibot began his culinary career in San Francisco at the City College’s Hotel and Restaurant Program where he was accepted to the prestigious Chef’s Apprenticeship Program at the Five-Star, Five-Diamond Greenbrier Resort in West Virginia. Aglibot credits this as the single most influential experience of his career. In 2001, he became the opening executive chef of LA’s celebrity-studded juggernaut Koi Restaurant where he earned his stars for creating an innovative Asian menu. He then opened Yi Cuisine, named one of the “Best New Asian Restaurants” by Food & Wine magazine. In 2006, Aglibot consulted on and conceptualized Sunda New Asian restaurant in Chicago, which launched in 2009. In 2010, Aglibot partnered with BLT Restaurant Group in New York to create and serve as executive chef for 15 Asian Gastropub concepts. Known as “The Food Buddha” because of his dedication to his heritage and approach to creative menus, Aglibot had his own television show, “Food Buddha” on TLC. He also appeared on “TODAY Show”, CBS Morning Show, “The Ellen DeGeneres Show” and Food Network’s “The Best Of”, among others. His impressive accolades include recognition from USA Today, Food & Wine, Bon Appetit, Chicago magazine, Chicago Sun-Times, Chicago Tribune and CS. Today, Rodelio is VP of Culinary Operations for lifestyle hospitality company, Intrestco, LLC. In 2013, Intrestco opened E+O Food and Drink followed by Yum Cha Dim Sum Parlor in 2014. Reverie, a two-story restaurant concept opened in August 2014. Rodelio’s entrepreneurial background is established and varied as he has over 30 concept openings under his belt along with a non-profit charity named “In Chef’s Hands.” His passion for travel has taken him around the globe from Kuala Lumpur to Hong Kong to Manila and beyond!
