For the past 8 years, Trevor Wilkinson has been the executive chef at Trevor Kitchen and Bar The Tavern by Trevor in beautiful Toronto. The restaurant holds up to 100 guests and specializes in New Canadian Cuisine cuisine. With over -23 years of experience, Trevor wows us with a signature dish "foie gras".

I have been cooking for 23 years now, have owned and operated Trevor kitchen & bar since 2006. I was also the consulting chef for The Roosevelt Room, Lobby & Bloke & 4th during this time and have now just opened a second restaurant The Tavern. I study food, cooking & wine constantly not only professionally but more for the sheer joy & pure love of it all.
