Chef Jared Wentworth brings over 20 years of cooking experience to Longman & Eagle, Dusek's, and Promontory. Versed in classical French technique and regional American cooking, Chef Wentworth infuses modern cooking styles to transform classics into modern cuisine. A graduate of Kendall College as well as spending time in the kitchens of David Burke, John Hogan, the late great Keith Korn, shaped and molded his cooking style. A recipient of the Michelin star for the past four years and named rising star chef from the Chicago Tribune, Chef Wentworth strives to run sustainable kitchens with an uncompromising attention to product and seasonality.
